We started small, just a clinic trying to earn people’s trust one visit at a time. Somewhere along the way, we opened one of the earliest dedicated retina care centres in Gurgaon, which felt like a pretty big deal back then. More doctors joined over the years, not because we planned it out perfectly, but because patients kept needing things, we couldn’t handle alone yet. It’s been slow, honestly, built more on word of mouth than anything else.
